They have made some improvements but I hadn't used them since I quit months ago. I joined due to contests and left for the same because they broke their own rules and acted like it was our problem. I never got any of the bonuses either. I used to have high hopes for that platform, but it became obvious I wasn't ever going to even break $2 via their earnings model! The one good thing from Vocal are the friendships found through the FB groups.
